Key Contributions and Achievements: As a key cultural advisor to the Queensland government’s 2017 Deadly Innovation Program, I shared the Bidjara Nations cultural framework, key elements and associated stories that were adopted by the group and formed the basis of the Deadly Innovation Strategy that was endorsed by the government. This was the first opportunity for First Nations people to lead the discussion and decide what was required from their perspective.
